Zero Exhausts is a division of Dolphin Sports Cars. We specialise in the restoration, service and modification of high performance and classic sports cars. Our customers demand a top class job with top quality parts being used throughout. We couldn't guarantee this when it came to the exhaust system, so we imported a Ben Pearson hydraulic tube bender from the USA. In addition to this, we also designed and built the tooling to make the boxes, and solved the problem by making everything ourselves.

Boxes ...All made by us from 304 grade stainless and Tig welded with 316 grade filler rod. Wadding ...Woven E' glass fibre product, which will not burn away, or get blown through perforated tube. Tailpipes ...Wide choice, from 2" to 5" diameter. 4" and 5" Jap style tailpipes are made in-house. Tubing ...304 grade stainless, with 2mm wall thickness for added strength and durability. Manifolds ...One offs made to order.
